G.E.O.S. Freiberg Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH is located with its headquarters in Freiberg/Germany and with branches and offices in Berlin, Cottbus/Weisswasser, Magdeburg/Halle and Leipzig. G.E.O.S. works in Germany and abroad. In Poland the company is represented by its subsidiary proGEO Wroclaw.

G.E.O.S. was founded in 1990 as a private consulting and planning company and employs 73 experts and technicians in the fields of water supply, foundation engineering, mining, environment and renewable energies. Special services provided are:

• use of micro-biological technologies to clean mine effluents,
• remote sensing,
• laboratory analyses of water and soil samples.

The turnover in 2003 amounted to EUR 3,900,000.

The company's aim is to provide independent and competent expertise in planning and consulting for the benefit of our clients on the domestic and international markets.
